This policy explains what information Wisemattic (“we”) handles when you visit wiseaddons.com and when you use the Wise Addons for Elementor plugin, including its template library.
The Wise Addons for Elementor plugin
The plugin runs on your own WordPress site. It does not track you or your visitors, does not send usage statistics, and does not send any data to us on its own.
Settings you change in the plugin’s dashboard are stored in your site’s database. They stay there unless you choose to delete all plugin data when you uninstall it.
The template library
The template library is the only part of the plugin that connects to our servers. It connects only when someone opens “Wise Templates” in the Elementor editor or inserts a template.
- What is requested: your site’s server downloads the template list, the chosen template and its images from https://wiseaddons.com/library/.
- What our server receives: a standard web request. Like any web server, ours sees your server’s IP address and the request’s user-agent, which includes the plugin version and your site’s address. No account details, emails, page content or visitor data are sent.
- What is stored on your site: the template list is cached for up to 12 hours. Images from inserted templates are added to your media library.
- Turning it off: developers can turn the library off completely with the
wiseaddons/library/enabledfilter. Then the plugin makes no external requests.
This website (wiseaddons.com)
When you visit this website, the following may apply.
- Hosting and security: the site is hosted by Hostinger. Its servers and content delivery network keep standard access logs, including IP address, browser user-agent and the pages requested. These logs are used to deliver and protect the site, for example with automated browser checks that block abusive traffic.
- Analytics: the site uses Google Site Kit, which can connect Google services such as Google Analytics. These services collect usage information through cookies or similar technology. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Email sign-up: if you subscribe to updates through a form on this site, your email address is handled by Hostinger Reach, our email service, to send you those emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Comments: if you leave a comment, we store your name, email address, website (optional), comment text, IP address and browser user-agent to display the comment and fight spam. WordPress may set cookies that remember your name and email for the next comment.
- Fonts: the site’s fonts are hosted on our own server. No font requests go to third parties.
How long we keep information
Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider and then deleted. Comments are kept until they are removed. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, which act on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct or delete it
- object to or limit how we use it
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. To make a request, contact us through wisemattic.com/support.
Changes
We may update this policy as the plugin or the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
