Wise Addons for Elementor is out as a free public beta. It has 40 widgets, 7 design features, a template library and a fast, modern dashboard. Every widget loads its CSS and JavaScript only on the pages that use it.
We built Wise Addons around one idea: design faster, load lighter. Many addon packs add their styles and scripts to every page of your site, whether a page uses them or not. Wise does the opposite. Turn on as many widgets as you like, and a page with no Wise widgets loads 0 KB from the plugin.
What’s in the beta
40 widgets
- Content: Advanced Heading, Gradient Heading, Info Box, Icon Box, Card, Dual Button, Skill Bars, Counter, Team Member, Advanced Tabs, Advanced Accordion, Content Switcher, Feature List, Step Flow, Timeline and Business Hours.
- Creative: Flip Box, Animated Text, Creative Button (20 hover effects) and Animated Link.
- Media & gallery: Image Compare, Image Carousel, Logo Grid, Image Hover Effect, Image Accordion and Hotspots.
- Marketing: Pricing Table, Testimonial, Review, Affiliate Product, Countdown, Promo Box and Price Menu.
- Posts & social: Post List, Post Tab, News Ticker, Social Icons, Social Share and WhatsApp Button.
- Data: Data Table, with sorting, search and a card view on phones.
7 features for every element
Wrapper Link makes any container clickable. Custom CSS works on any element, free, with no Elementor Pro needed. The beta also has Floating Effects, CSS Transform with separate hover values and Text Stroke. Two site-wide features, Scroll To Top and Reading Progress Bar, are set up in Elementor’s Site Settings.
Wise Templates
To open the template library, click the Wise button in the Elementor editor. Pick a block and it is inserted where you clicked, with its images added to your media library. The beta starts with a hero, a features section and a pricing section with a monthly/yearly switch. More blocks and full pages are on the way, and they are all free.
A dashboard you’ll actually like
The dashboard has:
- search and category filters
- switches that save automatically, plus bulk on/off
- a dark mode
- settings import and export
- an unused-widget scanner that finds widgets you never placed on a page, so you can turn them off and keep the Elementor panel short
Built to be fast and accessible
- Per-widget loading: each widget brings its own small stylesheet and script, and only where it is used.
- No jQuery in new code: widget scripts are small vanilla JavaScript.
- Accessible markup: semantic HTML, keyboard support, screen-reader labels, and support for the reduced-motion setting.
- Your design system: widgets use your Elementor global colors and fonts as soon as you drop them in.

To install:
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Choose the zip and activate the plugin.
- Open Wise Addons in your dashboard.
The plugin needs WordPress 6.5+, PHP 7.4+ and Elementor.
We have also submitted the plugin to the WordPress.org plugin directory. Once it is approved, you’ll be able to install and update it right from your WordPress dashboard.
What’s next
Next we are building posts, carousels and data widgets: Post Grid, Post Carousel, Testimonial and Team carousels, Table of Contents, Breadcrumbs and more. We are also adding six new features, including Display Conditions and Advanced Tooltip, plus more templates. Everything on the roadmap is planned as free.
